Changes to the board of directors ENX GROUP LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2001/029771/06) JSE share code: ENX ISIN: ZAE000222253 (“enX” or “the company” or “the group”) CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Further to the announcement released on SENS on 23 October 2017 in respect of certain changes to the board of directors of enX (“the board”), shareholders are advised that Jannie Serfontein will now step down as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) and will resign from the board with effect from 1 January 2018 and not 31 March 2018, as previously announced. Shareholders are further advised that Paul Mansour and the board have agreed that Paul will step down from his role as Executive Deputy Chairman with effect from 1 January 2018. Paul will resign as a director of enX but remain with the group as Chief Investment Officer, to focus on the key functions of funding and corporate finance. The board would like to thank Paul for his leadership during the four and a half years of this tenure, overseeing the significant growth and transformation of enX, and wishes him well in his new role. The board is pleased to announce that Steven Joffe, the current non-executive Chairman, has been appointed by the board to become CEO of the group effective 1 January 2018. Prior to joining enX as Chairman, Steven was the CEO of Gold Reef Resorts Limited (“Gold Reef”) for over 10 years, building Gold Reef from its infancy into one of the largest casino operators in South Africa.
