released by the Company on SENS on 28 November 2017 (“Pre-Listing Announcement”).

As stated in the Pre-Listing Announcement, the Company intends conducting an equity raise in terms
of a Private Placement, in both South Africa and abroad. The timing of the Private Placement, the
Placing Price and allocations are at the absolute discretion of the Board.

Shareholders and prospective participants in the Private Placement are advised that the Company is
making progress with regards to its Private Placement in South Africa and abroad, followed by the
Secondary Listing on the AltX. There are, however, inherent complexities in coordinating a multi-
jurisdictional Private Placement and therefore the Company has postponed the Secondary Listing,
originally anticipated to take place on 7 December 2017, to a date to be determined and announced in
due course.
