CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised of the following changes to the
Board of Directors:

    - The appointment of Mr Avishkar Goordeen as an alternate
      director to executive director, Mr Leon Goosen, with effect
      from yesterday, 27 November 2017.
      Mr Goordeen holds a BCompt Honours degree and is a Chartered
      Accountant. He has been involved with the Company for eleven
      years and is currently the group corporate development
      executive and a director of two of the Company’s subsidiaries,
      Bell Equipment Company South Africa (Pty) Ltd and Bell
      Equipment Sales SA Limited.

      The Board welcomes Mr Goordeen to the Board and looks forward
      to his contribution to the Company.

    - The resignation of Ms Bharti Harie as a non-executive director
      and as a member of the Social, Ethics and Transformation
      Committee of the Board with effect from yesterday 27 November
      2017.   The Board would like to express its gratitude and
      appreciation to Ms Harie for her valuable contribution to
      Bell Equipment over the past seven years.

Following the resignation of Ms Harie, Mr Rajendran Naidu has been
appointed to the Social, Ethics and Transformation Committee with
effect from yesterday 27 November 2017. Mr Naidu currently serves
as an independent non-executive director of the Company.
