RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Attacq held on Thursday, 23 November 2017 (in terms of
the notice dispatched on 29 September 2017) all the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority
of Attacq shareholders.
Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:
- total number of Attacq shares eligible to vote at the annual general meeting: 749 242 777.
- total number of Attacq shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 506 939 326 being
68% of the total number of Attacq shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
