Trading Statement eMEDIA HOLDINGS LIMITED (Incorporated in Republic of South Africa) Registration number: 1968/011249/06 JSE share code: EMH IZIN: ZAE000208898 JSE share code: EMN IZIN: ZAE000209524 (“eMedia Holdings” or “the Group”) TRADING STATEMENT For the six months ended 30 September 2017, shareholders are advised: - Loss per share is expected to range between 0.45 and 0.67 cents per share (2016: 19.91 cents earnings per share). - Earnings per share from continuing operations is expected to range between 0.24 and 0.36 cents per share (2016: 15.61 cents). - Loss per share from discontinuing operations is expected to range between 0.69 and 1.03 cents per share (2016: 4.30 cents earnings per share). - Headline loss per share is expected to range between 0.44 and 0.66 cents per share (2016: 14.48 cents earnings per share). - Headline earnings from continuing operations is expected to range between 0.11 and 0.17 cents per share (2016: 15.42 cents). - Headline loss from discontinuing operations is expected to range between 0.55 and 0.83 cents per share (2016: loss of 0.94 cents) which is a decrease of between 12.3% and 41.5% compared to the prior period.
