RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


RBPlat hereby informs shareholders that Mr Velile Nhlapo, who was appointed as a
non-executive director on 24 November 2015, has resigned from the board of
directors of RBPlat (“the Board”) with effect from Thursday, 9 November 2017.


The Chairman of the Board as well as the Board would like to thank Mr Nhlapo for
his valuable contribution to the Board and the organisation during his tenure
with the company and wishes him every success in his new endeavours.
