APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 19 September 2017
announcing the appointment of Mr Kentin Welgemoed as acting Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”)
and the announcement on 27 September 2017 announcing the passing away of Mr Robert
Spanjaard.

The Board is now pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kentin Welgemoed as the Chief
Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 3 November 2017.

Mr Welgemoed is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and was previously the Executive Director:
Operations of Spanjaard Limited. He worked closely with Mr Robert Spanjaard and oversaw all
operations of the business. Prior to his employment at Spanjaard, he worked for the Larimar Group
of Companies as part of the Finance team. Prior to this, he was Financial Manager of Solid Doors
(Pty) Ltd.

The Board would like to wish Mr Welgemoed well in taking the Company through the current
transitional period and beyond and looks forward to his valuable contribution.
