Shareholders are advised that Choppies Enterprises Limited, has, on 6 November, 2017
dispatched to shareholders its annual report for the year ended 30 June 2017, which
incorporates the audited annual financial statements and notice of annual general meeting.

Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Choppies Enterprises
Limited will be held at Choppies Innovation Centre, Plot 196, Gaborone International Commerce
Park, Gaborone, Botswana, at 15:30 on, Thursday 30 November 2017 to transact the business as
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
