Proposed HKEX Delisting effective 31 January 2018

Glencore plc announces that it proposes to delist its shares from the Hong Kong Exchange on
31 January. Further details are contained in the announcement made today to the Hong Kong market.

As at 30 October 2017, Glencore plc had 37,922,218 shares listed in Hong Kong, representing
approximately 0.3% of the Company's total issued share capital.
