The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Astoria and the general public that
the summarised unaudited consolidated financial statements of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 
30 September 2017 have been published and can be viewed on Astoria’s website (www.astoria.mu).

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (“SEM”) and the Alternative Exchange (“AltX”)
of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”), and a secondary listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange (“NSX”).
