(“SacOil” or “the Company”)

NAME CHANGE AND SHARE CONSOLIDATION

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements released on 3
October 2017 and 5 October 2017 wherein the Company advised that the
resolutions to approve the change of the name of the Company and a share
consolidation were approved by the requisite number of shareholders at
the Company’s Annual General Meeting and that the resolutions were
lodged with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (“CIPC”).

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has not received
confirmation of the registration of the resolutions from CIPC.

The Company will therefore publish a revised timeline for the
implementation of the name change and share consolidation in due course.
