RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF AVIOR HOLDINGS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of
directors of Avior Holdings (“the Board”), hereby advises shareholders that Mr. Naeem Tilly (“Mr.
Tilly”), the financial director of Avior Holdings, has resigned from the Board and the Company, which
resignation would become effective as from 29 December 2017.
The Board wishes to thank Mr. Tilly for his invaluable contributions during his tenure as a director of
Avior Holdings and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company has commenced with the process to appoint a
suitable replacement candidate, possessing the appropriate expertise and experience, as financial
director and a further announcement will be made as soon as the appointment has been formally made.
