APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS

Further to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service (“SENS”) on 22
September 2017, shareholders and bondholders are advised that Ernst & Young Incorporated
have accepted the appointment as the Company’s external auditors, subject to shareholder
approval at Emira’s upcoming annual general meeting (“AGM”) to be held on 23 November 2017.
A further announcement confirming the voting outcome in respect of all resolutions proposed at
the AGM, will be released on SENS on or about 23 November 2017.
