RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, 19 October 2017 (in terms
of the notice dispatched on 20 September 2017) all of the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority
of Hospitality shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting were as follows:

    - total number of Hospitality shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 575 776 951 (which
      excludes 2 377 256 ordinary shares, due to dissenting shareholder rights having been exercised).
    - total number of Hospitality shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 552 498 602 being
      96% of the total number of the Company shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting
