Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement dated 30 August 2017 in terms of which
shareholders were advised that the Company has entered into discussions relating to a further potential
acquisition, which if successfully concluded, may have an effect on Long4Life’s share price.

Shareholders are advised that discussions in this regard remain ongoing and shareholders should
accordingly continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a further
announcement in this regard is made.
