terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by CoreShares Index
Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited (“the Manager”)

CHANGE IN FINANCIAL REPORTING PERIOD TO DECEMBER YEAR-END

Notice is hereby given that the financial year-end of all the Scheme portfolios has been amended to
31 December from 30 September each year. The Financial Services Board have approved the
change.

The change in year-end allows the various CoreShares group entities to better align in terms of
financial reporting.

The Quarterly distribution periods remains unchanged.
