Shareholders are referred to the SENS dated 2 October 2017 regarding the suspension of the listing of
Wearne.

Shareholders are advised that the company has submitted its annual financial statements, which was
the reason for the suspension. Accordingly, the JSE has agreed to lift the suspension.
