1. Listing of Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF
Following the announcement released on SENS on Wednesday, 20 September 2017, Ashburton
Management Company (RF) Proprietary Limited is authorised to announce the listing on the Main Board
of the JSE Limited (“the JSE”) of 1 771 018 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF securities in the
"Exchange Traded Funds" sector, with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 6 October
2017.
The 771 018 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF securities will be issued to applicants who subscribed for
31 057 000 Letters of Allocation (“LA”) of R 1 each. Investors will be entitled to 0.0248259 Ashburton
Global 1200 Equity ETF securities for each LA (“the conversion ratio”).
The JSE has also approved the listing of additional 1 000 000 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF
securities with effect from commencement of business on Friday, 6 October 2017. Subsequently there will
be 1 771 018 Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF securities in issue.
The listing and issue price per Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF security will accordingly be
approximately R 40.28.

2. Approval of the Pre-Listing Statement
The approval for the listing of the Ashburton Global 1200 Equity ETF was granted by the JSE on
Wednesday, 20 September 2017.
