Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released by GAIA on the Stock Exchange News
Service (“SENS”) on 14 August 2017 and the terms announcement relating to the acquisition of an effective
economic interest in the Noblesfontein Wind Farm released on SENS on 19 September 2017. Shareholders
are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised by shareholders when dealing in the Company’s
