CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
RFG is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms B Njobe as an
independent non-executive director to the board of RFG with effect from
28 September 2017.
Ms Njobe holds a Master of Science Degree in Agricultural Engineering
and is an Independent Consultant.
She currently serves as a Director on the International Maize and Wheat
Improvement Centre, the Vumelana Advisory Fund, and the Pan-African
Capital Holdings (PTY) LTD. She is an Independent Board Member on the
Fortress Income Fund, Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building
in Agriculture (RUFORUM), a Trustee at the Kagiso Trust and the Kagiso-
Shanduka Advisory Board. She is a member of the High Level Advocacy
Panel for the Forum For Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA) and a
member of the Institute of Directors (Southern Africa) Sustainability
Development Forum.
The Board welcomes Ms Njobe and looks forward to her contribution to
RFG.
