NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC 
EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that the notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) containing the summarised
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2017, dispatched to shareholders, sets out the 
details of the Company’s AGM which will be held at the Conference Centre, Maxwell Office Park, Waterfall City 
on Thursday, 23 November 2017 at 09h00.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday,14 November 2017 
and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 17 November 2017.

Shareholders are further advised that Attacq’s Integrated Report, incorporating the audited Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 June 2017 has been published and is available on Company’s website,
www.attacq.co.za, and contains no changes from the summarised provisional consolidated financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2017 published on SENS on 12 September 2017.

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003
read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is
available on the Company’s website, www.attacq.co.za.
