NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Fairvest
shareholders will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 15 November 2017
in the boardroom, 8th Floor, The Terraces, 34 Bree Street, Cape
Town (“AGM”) to transact the business set out in the notice of the
AGM (“Notice of AGM”) that was distributed to shareholders today,
29 September 2017.

The audited summarised condensed consolidated results for the
financial year ended 30 June 2017 are annexed to the Notice of AGM
and contain no changes to the audited summarised consolidated
results for the year ended 30 June 2017 published by the Company
on SENS on 5 September 2017.

The full audited annual financial results of the Company are
included in the Company’s 2017 integrated annual report, which is
available on the Company’s website at www.fairvest.co.za.

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the
share register to be eligible to vote at the AGM is Friday, 10
November 2017, with the last day to trade being Tuesday, 7 November
2017.
