NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING, CHANGE OF NAME AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK
ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the company’s integrated report, incorporating the audited financial statements for
the year ended 30 June 2017 and incorporating a proposed change of name of the company from “Fortress Income Fund
Limited” to “Fortress REIT Limited” (“the proposed change of name”), was dispatched to shareholders on Friday,
29 September 2017, and contains no changes from the preliminary summarised audited consolidated financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2017 which were published on SENS on Tuesday, 8 August 2017.
The integrated report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Fortress, which will be held at the company’s
registered office, 3rd Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia on Wednesday, 1 November 2017 at 14h00,
to consider, inter alia, the relevant special resolution to approve the change of name of the company. Salient dates
with regard to the proposed change of name and annual general meeting are set out below:
