TRADING STATEMENT

In accordance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, companies are required to publish a
trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain
that the financial results for the reporting period will
differ by more than 20% from those of the previous
corresponding period.

The Wesizwe board of directors wishes to advise shareholders
that the Company expects to report basic earnings per share
attributable to ordinary shareholders for the 6 months ended
30 June 2017 of between 1.11 cents and 1.23 cents per share,
compared to basic loss per share of 0.04 cents per share for
the previous comparable period.

For completeness, the Company expects to report headline
earnings per share attributable to ordinary shareholders for
the 6 months ended 30 June 2017 within 10% of headline
earnings per share of 10.36 cents per share for the previous
comparable period.

The financial information included in this trading statement
has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s
external auditors.

The Company’s results for the 6 month period ended 31 June
2017 will be published on or about 29 September 2017.
