POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting together with the summarised consolidated financial
statements for the year ended 31 March 2017 was posted to shareholders today, Wednesday, 20 September 2017 and is
available on the Company’s website, www.hpf.co.za.

The annual general meeting of Hospitality shareholders will be held at Crowne Plaza Johannesburg - The Rosebank,
corner Tyrwhitt and Sturdee Avenues, Rosebank on Thursday, 19 October 2017 at 10h00.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
10 October 2017 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 13 October 2017.

The integrated annual report for the year ended 31 March 2017 will be published on Hospitality’s website on
29 September 2017.
