Noteholders are advised that the Issuer has published the
Prospectus Supplement No.5, dated 22 August 2017, and the
Prospectus Supplement No.6, dated 6 September 2017, to the Base
Prospectus dated 16 November 2016 (the Supplements) in respect of
the Series K Programme for the Issuance of Warrants, Notes and
