UPDATED TIME IN RESPECT OF SCHEME MEETING


Shareholders are referred to the various announcements in respect of the extraordinary general meeting
(“EGM”) of IHL shareholders released on SENS and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange website, the last of
which was released on 12 September 2017.

Following the destruction caused by Hurricane Irma in the British Virgin Islands (“BVI”), the Governor of the
BVI has imposed a curfew on the territory. As such, it is no longer possible to convene the EGM at 09:00
BVI time (15:00 South African time) on Friday, 15 September 2017, as initially announced.

Shareholders are advised that the revised time for the EGM is now 10:30 BVI time (16:30 South African
time) on Friday, 15 September 2017. All other salient dates and times in respect of the EGM remain
unchanged.

Shareholders are reminded that those shareholders who cannot be physically present at the EGM may
participate in the EGM by using any of the following teleconference dial in details –
