RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on Tuesday, 12 September 2017
(in terms of the notice of annual general meeting dispatched to shareholders on 15 August 2017), all resolutions
tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of Vukile shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-     total number of Vukile shares in issue as at the date of the annual general meeting: 758 041 475.
-     total number of Vukile shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting: 642 893 346,
      being 84.81% of the total number of Vukile shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
