Tharisa hereby advises shareholders of the sale of shares in the open market by the administrator of the
Tharisa Share Award Plan (TSAP), on behalf of the participants of the TSAP, to cover the tax obligations
resulting from the vesting and settlement of the Conditional Awards on 30 June 2017, as provided for in
the rules of the TSAP.
