RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF UPDATED BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT 
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on 7 September 2017 (in
terms of the notice of annual general meeting dispatched on 7 August 2017), all of the resolutions tabled
thereat were passed by the requisite majority of Peregrine shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-   total number of Peregrine shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting: 226 065 696
-   total number of Peregrine shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting:
    160 322 699, being 71% of total number of Peregrine shares that could have been voted at the annual
    general meeting.
