BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the period
from 2 February 2016 (date of incorporation) to 31 March 2017, will be posted today, Thursday, 7 September 2017, and contains no
changes to the abridged audited financial results which were published on the website of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd
(“SEM”) and SENS on 23 June 2017. A copy of the Company’s Integrated Annual Report is available on the Company’s website
www.mainland.mu.
Included in the Integrated Annual Report is a notice of Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, which will be held
at c/o Intercontinental Fund Services Limited, Level 5, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene 72201, Mauritius on Friday, 29
September 2017 at 11:00 am Mauritius Time (09:00 a.m. South African time).
Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s annual compliance report in
terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available on the Company’s website:
www.mainland.mu.
Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the SEM and a secondary listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE
Limited.
