NOTIFICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 122(3) OF THE COMPANIES ACT AND PARAGRAPH 3.83(b) OF
THE JSE LIMITED LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings
Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Reunert has received formal notification that
Investec Asset Management Holdings Proprietary Limited, in aggregate, acquired an interest in the
ordinary shares of Reunert, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of Reunert held by Investec
Asset Management Holdings Proprietary Limited on behalf of the Investec group and its clients now
amounts to 5,0052% of the total issued ordinary shares of Reunert.
