NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on
31 May 2017 of Afdawn’s audited Group results for the year ended 28
February 2017 (“the Announcement”), the Company advises that its 2017
Annual Report which contains no modifications from the Announcement will
be posted today, 31 August 2017 to shareholders and is available for
download on the Company’s website at www.afdawn.co.za.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Afdawn will be
held at 10h00 on Wednesday, 18 October 2017, in the boardroom at the
offices of Statucor at 2nd Floor, Block D, The Boulevard, Searle Street,
Woodstock, to transact the business as set out in the notice of Annual
General Meeting contained in the Annual Report.

The date on which shareholders must be recorded as such in the share
register to be eligible to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting
is Friday, 13 October 2017, with the last day to trade being Tuesday,10
October 2017.
