The Issuer would like to highlight that the only change from the reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the period ended 31 March 2017 (“reviewed results”) released on the Issuer’s website - www.hpf.co.za, is noted below: A Nedbank loan, identified as loan 04, to the value of R150 million which expires in February 2018, was previously disclosed under non-current liabilities in the reviewed results. The loan has been reclassified to current liabilities in the audited results. The total liabilities balance remains R1 857 560 000 in both the reviewed results and audited results. No other balances or amounts were affected by this reclassification.
