This distribution will be made from the capital contribution reserves of the Company in two equal tranches of $US0.035. The first tranche was paid on 31 May 2017 and the second tranche (H2 Distribution) is payable on Tuesday, 26 September 2017. The currency exchange rate applicable for the H2 Distribution payable to shareholders on the Glencore plc South African branch register has been determined by reference to the close of business exchange rate applicable to the South African Rand on Tuesday, 29 August 2017.
