APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER


Shareholders are advised that with effect from 22 August 2017, Mr. Andrew James Glencross, currently 
an executive director of the Company, has been appointed as acting Chief Executive Officer of Mainland.

Mainland has its primary listing on the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and a secondary 
listing on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE Limited.
