CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on 9 June 2017 regarding
Mrs CH (Carina) Wessels. Shareholders are hereby advised, in compliance with section 3.59
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, that Mrs SE (Saret) van Loggerenberg will be
replacing Carina as Group Company Secretary and Legal with effect from 1 October 2017.

Saret has been in the Company’s employ since 2008 and has been the Manager: Risk and
Compliance since 2011.
