FURTHER IRREVOCABLE SUPPORT FOR THE OFFER

Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the
same meanings ascribed thereto in the joint firm intention announcement published by Sovereign, Bidco
and Capitalworks on SENS on 10 August 2017 (“Firm Intention Announcement”).

Shareholders were advised in the Firm Intention Announcement that support for the Offer in the form
of irrevocable undertakings represented 50.85% of the Offer Shares.

Shareholders are advised that, since the Firm Intention Announcement, a further 10 Shareholders have
provided irrevocable undertakings to Capitalworks in support of the Offer and as at the date of this
announcement, the total Shareholder support for the Offer represents 54.09% of the Offer Shares.
