RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement, dated 10 July
2017, and are advised that Huge remains in exclusive discussions in respect of
potential strategic acquisitions which, if pursued, would constitute, on an
aggregated basis, a category 2 transaction.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement is made.
