DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company has been notified of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of £0.01 each (“Shares”) by Directors of the
Company.
On 16 August 2017 share awards that were made on 16 August 2013 under the Company’s 2008 Long Term Incentive Plan
(“LTIP”) became available to exercise after the performance conditions had been satisfied and following the conclusion of a one
year holding period. The total number of options exercised by Directors of the Company under the LTIP is shown in the table
below:

exercise of the options.
