NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that Vukile’s notice of annual general meeting and summarised audited results for
the year ended 31 March 2017 were dispatched to shareholders today (“the notice”). The company’s
integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2017, is available on the company’s website – www.vukile.co.za and contains no changes from
the summarised audited results which were released on SENS on 24 May 2017.

The annual general meeting will be held at 08h00 on Tuesday, 12 September 2017, in the main boardroom,
One-on-Ninth, Corner Glenhove Road and Ninth Street, Melrose Estate, 2196, Gauteng.

Shareholders are advised that the last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting and the record date for voting purposes in the notice should have read as follows:

-    last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting -
     Tuesday, 29 August 2017; and
-    record date for voting purposes - Friday, 1 September 2017.
