CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited (“the Manager”)

FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of CoreShares Green securities are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 7
August 2017 wherein they were advised that the Manager had taken the decision to wind up the
CoreShares Green portfolio in terms of Section 102 of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act,
45 of 2002 and to distribute all capital and income to holders of CoreShares Green securities.

Holders of CoreShares Green securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the
Delisting of all CGREEN securities and removal of CGREEN form the JSE Mainboard. The final
distribution of R 19.29821 per CoreShares Green security will be comprised as follows:

Holders of CoreShares Green Securities are reminded of the following salient dates:

    -   Last day to trade: Tuesday, 22 August 2017
