TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited (“Listings Requirements”), a company is required to
publish a trading statement as soon as it is satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results
for the period to be reported upon next will differ by at least
20% from those of the previous corresponding period.

Stellar Capital is currently finalising its interim financial
results for the 6-month period ended 31 May 2017 and audited
results for the 7-month period ended 30 June 2017. In this regard,
shareholders are advised that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that Stellar Capital’s interim results for the 6-month
period ended 31 May 2017 and audited results for the 7-month period
ended 30 June 2017 will be within the following ranges:

The estimate financial information on which this trading statement
is based has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s
external auditors.

Stellar Capital expects to publish its unaudited interim financial
results for the 6-month period ended 31 May 2017 and provisional
audited condensed financial results for the 7-month period ended
30 June 2017 on the Stock Exchange News Service on or before
Thursday, 31 August 2017.
