DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING


The Company received notification on 11 August 2017 that Laura Whyte, a non-executive Director of the Company, had acquired
13,250 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange. The shares were acquired at £0.5650 per
share. Laura Whyte’s beneficial holding following the transaction is 72,036 shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
