AVAILABILITY OF THE INTERIM RESULTS

Mercedes-Benz South Africa Limited wishes to advise bondholders that the interim results of Daimler AG
(“Daimler” or “the Guarantor”), as guarantor to the ZAR35 000 000 000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme dated 21 December 2015, for the period ended 30 June 2017, are available for inspection at the
registered office of the Issuer.
