Delisting of all CGREEN Securities and removal of CGREEN from the JSE Mainboard - CGREEN

CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited
CoreShares Green
Share code: CGREEN ISIN: ZAE000217121
(“CGREEN”)

A portfolio in the CoreShares Index Tracker Collective Investment Scheme (“the Scheme”) registered
as such in terms of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act, 45 of 2002, managed by
CoreShares Index Tracker Managers (RF) Proprietary Limited (“the Manager”)

DELISTING OF ALL CGREEN SECURITIES AND REMOVAL OF CGREEN FROM THE JSE
MAINBOARD

Holders of CoreShares Green securities are advised that the Manager has taken the decision to wind
up the CoreShares Green portfolio in terms of Section 102 of the Collective Investment Schemes
Control Act, 45 of 2002 and to distribute all capital and income to holders of CoreShares Green
securities.

The Manager endeavours to always offer clients the best possible investment solutions. Nedbank
initially launched the BettaBeta Green Exchange Traded Fund (‘BettaBeta Green ETF’) in December
2011 under the BettaBeta Collective Investment Scheme which later amalgamated with the Scheme
and became the CGREEN ETF. The reasons for the delisting of CGREEN are twofold:

    1. The CGREEN index was originally premised on a bespoke index designed and maintained
by Nedbank Capital. Nedbank Capital are no longer willing to maintain the index on
            Managers behalf.
    2. Since launching CGREEN has not received the commercial support initially anticipated.
Since listing on 1 December 2011, as BettaBeta Green ETF, the fund has only raised
approximately R46 million (of which R41 million was from a single institutional client)
            making it economically unsustainable.

Holders of CoreShares Green securities will not be prejudiced in any way as they will be paid all capital
and accrued income (effectively the Net Asset Value of each CGREEN security). The process may
trigger a Capital Gains Tax event. Investors are required to contact their personal tax adviser for further
assistance in this regard.

The salient dates for delisting of all CGREEN securities and the removal of CGREEN from the JSE List
are as follows:

    - Declaration Date: Monday, 7 August 2017
    - Finalisation Date: Tuesday, 15 August 2017
    - Last day to trade: Tuesday, 22 August 2017
    - Securities suspended from trade: Wednesday, 23 August 2017
    - Record Date: Friday, 25 August 2017
    - Pay Date: Monday, 28 August 2017
    - Securities removed from the list: Tuesday, 29 August 2017

The amount of the distribution of income and capital will be communicated to holders of CoreShares
Green securities on or before the Finalisation Date and will be paid on the Pay Date to all holders of
CoreShares Green securities who are recorded in the register on the Record Date.
