RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)


Shareholders are advised that the Company’s AGM was held on Thursday, 3 August 2017 and
all the resolutions proposed at the AGM were passed by the requisite majority. Details of the
results of voting were as follows:
