Toyota Financial Services wishes to advise noteholders of the Issuer’s ZAR7,000,000,000 Domestic Medium
Term Note Programme dated 23 August 2013, that the annual financial statements of the guarantor for the
year ended 31 March 2017 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The annual financial statements have also been made available on Toyota’s website at
