PSG FINANCIAL SERVICES CREDIT RATING

Global Credit Rating Co. has today affirmed the long-term and
short-term national scale ratings for PSG Financial Services of
A+(ZA) and A1(ZA), respectively, while their rating outlook
remains stable.

PSG Financial Services is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PSG Group,
except for the 17,415,770 cumulative, non-redeemable, non-
participating preference shares listed on the JSE. It houses all
of PSG Group’s investments.
