NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the company’s 2017 Integrated Report, containing the annual
financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2017, was posted to shareholders today
and contains no modifications to the audited results which were published on 8 May 2017.
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. audited the annual financial statements of the company and
their reports are available for inspection at the registered offices of the company.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of ordinary shareholders will
be held at 10h00 on Friday 8 September 2017 at The Firs, 302 3rd Floor, corner Craddock and
Biermann Road, Rosebank, 2196, to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice, forming part of the Integrated Report. The record date for the purpose of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the
AGM is Friday, 1 September 2017. Accordingly, the last date to trade for shareholders to be
entitled to attend, speak and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 29 August 2017.
The AGM will also be broadcast live via a webcast available through a link on the company’s
website – www.raubex.com. Please note that shareholders will not be able to vote through
the webcast.
